So have I told you how much I love my job? My manager is dope and my bosses are amazing. I love going to work and I love going there even though it's my day off. Anyways, we have just started up our own line and so far we have 2 t-shirts printed. I have the first sneak peek of what the shirts look like. They are going to be available next week, so you should come by and cop. What I am really excited about is that when Kev got back from Japan, he brought me back a goodie! I was so excited to open it I almost spilled my drink on it. Anyways, this is what you have been waiting for!!! The black tee is classic, simple white logo with the yellow accents, but the white tee is my favorite, the print is 3M and has red accents. Both shirts are money!!! Who is going to cop?

So as you all know, working at PURIST has lots of perks, but the coolest thing is the people you get to meet. Since I have started working there, one of the many people I have met is Mark. He is a super chill guy that is all business Monday through Friday and as you see in thee picture above, ALL HYPE on weekends. He is one of the BEST costumers to PURIST and an all around good guy. He recently started his own blog and I just wanted to shout him out like I do for most people when they start up a blog. So Mark, thanks for pizza and La Vic, this is to you!!!

Weekend HEAT wave

As the heat wave passes through us this weekend, it also hit my closet. I managed to pick up some new shoes. I made the journey out to HUF on Hayes St. and managed to pick up 2 pairs of Tier Zero Lance Armstrong Foundation (LAF) Nike Air Max’s and pulled some strings to pick up 3 pairs of UNDFTD Converse Poorman Weapons. Both the LAFs went to Kev, while 2 of my UNDFTD Poormans went to Rich, and Calvin. Your welcome guys, hope you enjoy the shoes. My work place, Purist, released the team orange Air Max 95 and some royal Griffeys. Of course I had to pick them up! Lastly Ralph sold me his Nike Air Yeezys awhile back and I finally got rid of them.

STUFFED...

As you all know, I am some what of a food connoisseur at least for most of the spots in San Jose. For the longest time I could remember going to this spot, but yesterday I took Calvin to one of my favorite cheese steak places. It’s a little hidden spot out in Saratoga a few blocks away from the Japanese market. The prices are just right, and you get plenty of food. Even Calvin admitted it was delicious. Here is some proof, but don’t take my word, go eat it for yourself.

This is what I ordered. Cheese Steak Hoagie.. It's the best thing on the menu, get it!!!

This is what Cal got. It's called "The Works" no veggies but all the goodness is inside.

How do you not get fries?!?! Scrunchy fries are the best. They have ranch, ketchup, and hot sauce for the fries, Cal and I chose cheese!!!

Done and done!!!

It's Official!!!

Right now, we all know how hard it is to get a job in this current economy. I am lucky enough to have a job, but beyond that it’s really something I enjoy. I work at Purist and it’s probably one of the best jobs ever. I have 2 great co-workers, and both my bosses are amazing. The best part is I get to be submerged into this culture I love so dearly. I have met a handful of the greats in the business, Ray of Mighty Healthy, Benny of Benny Gold, and Alex of Homeroom to name a few. Here is a look at the store and see how good of a job I do cleaning it up.

So yesterday I promised that I was going to make a post today. I am a man of my word and here I am. Within a one day span, I went to SF, went to both HUF joints, went to SFPD, went to get bomb ass food and Chimay ale, SF impound, TAD gear and back home. It was a long ass journey, but it was still a fun day. I should really start bringing my camera around more since I got a new one and I don’t take enough photos. Anyways, here are some more goods that I have received!!!


So remeber when I told you I was going to trade Calvin? I got the 4 Supreme shirts in return, there was a fifth one, but I gave it to my boss. The Commissary one was a freebie I got while shopping there in San Diego.

Thanks to my boss, I got these from our store. They are a season or two old, but you can go wrong with free. Hundreds Stanwood Denim, so clean.

Same old, same old...

Yada yada yada… I have just been chillin and working and chillin some more, but there is nothing is new. I have just been enjoying my time back here in San Jose. My new job has been treating me very well, and everyone I work with is super awesome. I have lots of cool new things now, but here is what I remembered to picture.
